Respond promptly to KBB Instant Cash Offer (ICO) leads
Contact customers via phone, text, and email to schedule appraisal appointments
Accurately gather vehicle information and verify KBB offer details
Coordinate in-store appraisals with management and appraisal teams
Present dealership purchase offers in a professional and transparent manner
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and KBB platforms
Track appointments, show rates, and acquisition outcomes
Follow up with customers to maximize conversion opportunities
Ensure a positive, pressure-free customer experience throughout the process
Qualification
Required
Prior automotive dealership experience preferred (sales, BDC, or acquisition roles)
Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced, lead-driven environment
Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
