Participate in mandatory training covering product knowledge, process, phone sales, and mindset
Pass final evaluation including an exam and roleplay
Achieve weekly performance bonuses for hitting targets
Compete for weekly Top Performer bonus
Engage in deal close roulette
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
Disciplined, coachable, and competitive
Motivated by commissions and performance
Able to work on-site in Miami
