ShipOffers is a company that has been revolutionizing product sourcing and fulfillment since 2001. They are seeking a Warehouse Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for warehouse team members and to assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for warehouse team members, including sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with hiring managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support staffing needs
Partner with warehouse leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce needs
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruiting process to provide an excellent candidate experience
Collaborate with Human Resources to prepare offer letters and ensure compliance with hiring policies
Assist with onboarding new warehouse employees when needed, including coordinating first-day activities and helping with required check-ins (7, 30, 90-day, and annual reviews)
Track and report on recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes
Support culture initiatives by highlighting ShipOffers as an employer of choice through recruiting efforts and candidate experience
Qualification
Required

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume or warehouse environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other recruiting tools/platforms
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
