AD Ports Group ESG is seeking a dedicated and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer for a full-time remote role. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including formulating HR policies, maintaining strong employee relations, and driving talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Required

Thorough knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices

Proven experience in establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Comprehensive understanding of Performance Management systems and success metrics

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with HR software and technology is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred

advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
