Service Tech / Advisor

The Service Technician/Advisor role involves troubleshooting bike repairs, installing accessories, and building relationships with customers, all while supporting the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot
Install the awesome accessories customers select for their new bike
Build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly
Closely support the Service Manager
Act as the face of the department to customers when the Service Manager is not available
