Business Development Representative

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider specializing in repairing small damage to various surfaces. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for managing in-field sales, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the sales team while receiving training and support to excel in the role.

Map your route, run :15 on-site visits, and book work
Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team
Light admin and prep from your home
Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support

Qualification

Required

No prior industry or formal sales experience required
Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
Detail-Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently
