Responsibilities
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and daily notes in our dispatch tool, including before and after pictures
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
While onsite, "walk the unit" to look for potential repair jobs and capture add-on bonus
Work closely with the owner and sales team to deliver high-quality repairs
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Communicate with the support team with questions
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Driving to work sites throughout the northern neighborhoods of Chicago (e.g. River North, Wicker Park/Bucktown, Lincoln Park, Logan Square, etc)
Qualification
Required
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Good driving record
