Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
Conduct in-process quality checks and complete all required quality documentation
Assist with equipment changeovers, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Perform quality inspections, process tests, and accurately record production data
Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Identify and report production or quality issues to the Cell Lead
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective shift communication and handoff
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizens and Blitz activities
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Background check required prior to start
Some prior manufacturing or industrial experience required
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work under direct supervision
Basic math skills and ability to interpret written specifications
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible or extended hours
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
