Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
Maintain accurate inventory using a WMS/ERP system
Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
Coordinate outbound shipments and schedule carrier pickups
Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading)
Organize finished goods and keep warehouse flow efficient
Process returns (inspect, restock, or dispose as needed)
Track performance metrics like order accuracy and fill rates
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience
Experience using WMS, ERP systems, or inventory software
Basic Excel skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift
Forklift or pallet jack experience (or willingness to certify)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
