Operations and Financial Manager
PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial, accounting, and logistics functions across multiple small companies for a manufacturing client. The role involves managing daily accounting functions, generating financial reports, handling compliance, coordinating logistics, and providing general office support.

Responsibilities
Manage daily functions in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (bills, payments, AR/AP, and journal entries)
Generate financial reports, assist with monthly/annual statements, and maintain complex Excel tracking sheets
Handle quarterly sales tax filings, maintain stockholder ledgers, and assist with AGM documentation
Coordinate domestic and international shipping (FedEx, DHL, etc.) and liaise with warehouse providers
Manage POs and reconcile inventory counts using QuickBooks advanced inventory features
Provide general office support, including phone/email correspondence and digital filing
Qualification
Required
2–4 years in accounting or administrative support
Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Microsoft Excel is mandatory (an assessment test will be required)
Proficiency in Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, PPT, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to interact diplomatically with international clients and vendors
High attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and a strong professional work ethic
Preferred
Experience with purchase order management and inventory tracking
Familiarity with international shipping and logistics coordination
