Responsibilities
Working in an occupational health onsite clinic serving employees for an automotive manufacturing group
Administers professional nursing care to sick and/or injured employees
Performs and evaluates various clinical and diagnostic tests
Assists plant physician in onsite procedures
Interviews and documents medical history of employees
Works effectively with the Health Services team and other departments
Maintains appropriate medical records to ensure quality and accuracy
Performs and documents physical exams
Adheres to common practices and procedures throughout the department
Maintains equipment and supplies
Assists with the promotion of plant wellness programs
Works with health services customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in healthcare setting
Ability to provide emergency care and first aid
Ability to maintain accurate medical records
Ability to perform and document physical exams
Ability to administer professional nursing care
Ability to perform and evaluate various clinical and diagnostic tests
Ability to assist plant physician in onsite procedures
Ability to work effectively with the Health Services team and other departments
Ability to maintain equipment and supplies
Ability to assist with the promotion of plant wellness programs
Ability to work with health services customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Preferred
