Responsibilities
Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and user licensing
Troubleshoot mail flow, Teams integration, and collaboration issues
Implement and monitor security and compliance policies (MFA, DLP, retention)
Support end-user onboarding and maintain technical documentation
Manage users, groups, and conditional access policies
Configure SSO and federation for SaaS applications
Monitor and remediate security alerts, login anomalies, and identity risks
Configure and maintain DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV)
Support domain migrations and name resolution troubleshooting
Collaborate with network and security teams for DNS or certificate updates
Maintain Windows Server roles (AD DS, DHCP, file/print services)
Apply updates, monitor server performance, and handle incident response
Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware)
Assist with endpoint management and system patching
Configure, monitor, and test Veeam backup jobs and restore processes
Verify backup integrity and ensure compliance with retention policies
Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Manage and resolve tickets through an ITSM or ticketing platform
Support cross-functional IT projects and infrastructure improvements
Use Visio to document architecture diagrams and workflow processes
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or Microsoft 365 systems administration
Must have experience working for a large/global company with 800+ employees
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Windows Server environments
Proficiency with Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management
Requires strong DNS management and configuration experience
Experience creating and maintaining documentation for DNS and IT processes
Must have experience working remotely — ability to respond promptly to Teams chats and emails within 30 minutes or less
Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining reliability and accountability for daily tasks
Experience using Visio to create and clearly explain architecture diagrams and workflows
Hands-on experience with backup and disaster recovery (Veeam preferred)
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
