The role involves supporting students in mastering didactic content, developing workshops, and collaborating with faculty to enhance student retention.

Responsibilities
Support instruction, remediation, and evaluation in didactic concepts
Demonstrate accurate knowledge of concepts tested by the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN exam
Demonstrate professional behavior and accountability in all interactions
Develop and provide student workshops and study sessions
Provide 1:1 student support with nursing concepts
Provide group and individual support for NCLEX prep
Mentoring students
Help identify strategies for increase retention
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Unencumbered RN License
BLS CPR Certification
One-year experience in an academic setting, strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, virtually, and in person
Mastery of ATI
