Responsibilities
Design HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls
Prepare construction documents, load calculations, equipment selections, and specifications
Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, and electrical teams
Support project managers through design development and construction administration
Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3-15+ years of HVAC design experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
Working knowledge of ASHRAE codes and local building standards
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred
EIT or PE preferred (or on track toward licensure)
