Responsibilities
Set up and operate hydraulic extrusion equipment
Adhere to internal procedures to ensure accurate fabrication of pressure-retaining components
Perform hands-on tasks using hydraulic presses to support workflow and maintain quality standards; set up dies and operate extrusion presses
Work safely by consistently adhering to extrusion procedures and company standards
Monitor the progress and performance of extrusion operations, identifying and addressing delays, quality concerns, or safety risks
Conduct inspections of completed parts to verify compliance with internal specifications and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Set up and operate hydraulic extrusion equipment
Adhere to internal procedures to ensure accurate fabrication of pressure-retaining components
Perform hands-on tasks using hydraulic presses to support workflow and maintain quality standards; set up dies and operate extrusion presses
Work safely by consistently adhering to extrusion procedures and company standards
Monitor the progress and performance of extrusion operations, identifying and addressing delays, quality concerns, or safety risks
Conduct inspections of completed parts to verify compliance with internal specifications and industry standards
Preferred
3-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with hot metal extrusion experience
Competent in fitting and assembling components with precision and minimal supervision
Experienced in maintaining manufacturing / extrusion equipment
Understanding of basic hydraulics and extrusion presses
High competency in use of hand tools, grinders, files, die components, heating equipment, and measuring devices
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
