Responsibilities
Design projects include land development, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, storm sewer, sanitary sewer
Review subdivision and land development plans to ensure compliance with municipal ordinances
Prepare technical specifications and bidding documents
Prepare construction cost estimates
Preparation of Stormwater Management Report, Erosion & Sedimentation Control Reports, and Hydraulic and Hydrology Studies
Consults with and provides guidance to project stakeholders and staff regarding engineering requirements for construction of various designs, modifications, and repairs
Manage projects through design until completion of construction
Coordinate with design team professionals of other disciplines as they perform their designs to ensure proper coordination on construction documents
Perform project site visits during construction to ensure proper implementation of the design documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
~Six (6) or more years of related civil engineering experience
Autodesk Civil 3D
Strong people skills maintaining professional client relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license desired
