Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Gain product knowledge to inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote additional services when appropriate
Process transactions accurately
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer support, inside sales or related roles preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities are highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and basic computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume periods
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a professional demeanor
Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or analysis skills is advantageous
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
