The Foundry Operator will operate and control continuous casting and melting processes while ensuring compliance with metallurgical parameters, safety standards, and product quality specifications in a high-temperature industrial environment.

Responsibilities
Operate & Monitor Foundry Furnaces & Auxiliary Equipment From The Control Panel
Verify Operating Conditions of Gas, Air, Nitrogen, Water Systems, & Cooling Equipment
Control Melting Charge Composition According to Production Programs & Chemical Specifications
Execute Metallurgical Treatments & Continuous Casting Processes Following Established Procedures
Monitor Critical Control Points to Prevent Deviations Impacting Product Quality
Identify, Report, & Document Non-Conformities in Coordination With Quality & Production Teams
Register Production Data, Downtime, & Outputs in ERP Systems (SAP Preferred)
Coordinate With Maintenance, Quality Inspectors, & Shift Supervisors For Corrective & Preventive Actions
Perform Inventory Control of Raw Materials & Casting Inputs
Strictly Comply With Safety, Environmental, & Occupational Health Standards
Follow All PPE & Safety Requirements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
2+ Years of Foundry Operations, Continuous or Casting Processes, Metal Industries (Non-Ferrous Preferred), High-Temperature Industrial Environments
Must be Willing to Travel to Peru For a 2-Week Initial Training
Bilingual In English & Spanish Required
Holds a Current Passport or Willing to Obtain One
Experience Operating Furnaces & Controlling Temperatures
Previous Experience in Industrial Production Under Demanding Physical Conditions
Demonstrates Excellent Attention to Detail & Time Management Skills
Must be 18+ Years Old
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check & Drug Screen
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S
Preferred
Technical Studies in Foundry, Metallurgy, Industrial Production or Related Fields Preferred
