Responsibilities
Lead development across SDLC phases including design, development, unit and integration testing, and delivery for digital applications
Perform technical analysis and drive delivery for key digital initiatives, including upgrades, enhancements, and support for strategic systems
Collaborate with business units, vendor partners, and technical teams to align technical implementation with business requirements
Create and maintain system, functional, and reference documentation
Adhere to and enhance coding and design standards to ensure best practices and compliance
Conduct code reviews and security analysis, including evaluation of third-party code, to ensure quality and adherence to security best practices
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of hands-on software development experience
Proven delivery of enterprise-level applications as a multifaceted technologist
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong JavaScript expertise with one or more modern frameworks such as Angular.js, Ember.js, React.js, Vue.js, or Bootstrap.js
Experience with DevOps, continuous integration and deployment, and test-driven development
Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure
Understanding of service-oriented architecture, microservices, and software design patterns
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective team collaboration
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes
College or university degree, preferably in a technology field
Preferred
Experience in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industry
Adobe AEM certifications
Experience operating within multiple SDLC methodologies
Adobe AEM certification
AWS or Microsoft Azure certification
