Responsibilities
Support and maintain enterprise workload automation platforms to ensure uninterrupted business operations
Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, production-ready job schedules
Design, implement, and document scheduler upgrades, migrations, and new job workflows
Develop and support schedules across on-prem and cloud environments
Build and maintain cloud-based job types including REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
Troubleshoot and resolve production scheduling failures and performance issues
Perform impact analysis for new implementations and document rollback plans
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams during deployment and validation cycles
Participate in cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across global teams
Provide rotational weekend and on-call support as required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience supporting enterprise scheduling tools such as IBM Workload Automation (TWS), Autosys, or equivalent
Strong experience designing and supporting complex job schedules in production environments
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid scheduling models
Experience supporting Oracle and SQL databases
Strong working knowledge of RedHat Linux, AIX, and Windows environments
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure-based services
Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate calmly under pressure
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
