Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on all Strata products
Install and remove equipment with precision and accuracy
Troubleshoot and correct complex technical problems in the field
Build strong relationships with clients and laser operators
Accurately complete all required service paperwork in a timely manner
Adhere to company Service Level Agreements
Provide timely phone support to customers and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of field service experience with medical devices or similar multi-disciplinary equipment
Proven experience in managing a service territory, including strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide exceptional customer service
Proficiency with standard hand tools, meters, computers, and mobile devices is required
Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds
The role involves physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Preferred
Knowledge of lasers and multidisciplinary equipment is highly desirable
