Works under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions and prepare IVs
Enters data into the computer system to fill prescriptions and obtain reimbursement payment
Prepackages medication for dispensing according to standards and government regulations
Assists in final checking of filled prescriptions and coordinates accurate delivery to customers
Maintains good inventory practices including receiving and rotating medications and supplies
Checks equipment for calibration, safety, and cleanliness
