Responsibilities
Perform tasks in a manufacturing and/or prototyping environment
Review and provide feedback on electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical drawings and designs
Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products
Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met
Own product schedule development - coordinate across disciplines to ensure agreement amongst stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays
Balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership
Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
0-1 years prior relevant experience or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
