VIR Properties is seeking a highly organised and motivated Entry-level Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and client projects. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is eager to develop project management skills within a fast-paced and collaborative marketing environment.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end coordination of marketing projects from briefing to delivery
Assist with managing project timelines, schedules, and task allocation
Help prepare project briefs, status updates, and internal documentation
Liaise with designers, marketers, sales teams, and external partners to support smooth execution
Track project progress and highlight risks, issues, or delays
Support campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post-project reviews
Maintain project trackers, asset libraries, and documentation
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project and marketing teams
