They are seeking a detail-oriented Inspection/Repair Technician responsible for inspecting properties, performing repairs, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required

Knowledge of property maintenance practices
Organized and able to manage time efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in handyman services, maintenance, or a similar field is a plus
Vocational training or certifications in related fields preferred
