Responsibilities
Develop mid-size projects in the NJ-NY-PA area
Be hands-on with exceptional design as well as people skills
Have strong production, technical, and managerial skills
Experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, educational, industrial, and retail projects
Qualification
Required
7 + years of architectural experience particularly in commercial building design
Experience with project management
Experience with steel, concrete, and timber construction
Strong knowledge of NJ building codes and permitting
Proven experience with multifamily housing, educational, office, mixed-use, and industrial buildings
Must have strong production and technical skills. Solid background in construction drawings
Experience as a Job Captain, Project Architect, or Project Manager with some client interaction
Fluent in AutoCAD (required)
Good written and verbal communication skills
BS or BA Architecture or Master's in associated areas
Preferred
Knowledge of NY, NYC, and PA regulations is a plus
Revit (desired)
