Qualification
Required
Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and System Design
Proficiency in Software Development with Python and experience in developing scalable applications
Strong skills in Integration and working across APIs and systems like Azure and GraphQL
Experience in Project Management and leading software and architecture initiatives
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities for collaboration with teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Build backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask), async patterns, clean architecture, and performance best practices
Enforce engineering standards: code review quality, branching strategy, CI/CD rules, and release readiness
Architect and implement services on Azure: compute (AKS/App Service/Functions), identity (Entra ID), secrets (Key Vault), monitoring (App Insights/Log Analytics), and networking (VNets/private endpoints)
Define secure-by-default controls: least privilege, private networking, threat modeling, and audit readiness
Integrate with MDM systems and define master data exposure patterns through GraphQL + supporting services
Collaborate with data governance/compliance teams on lineage, validation, and access control
10+ years in backend engineering with Python, plus architecture leadership
Strong GraphQL API design and API lifecycle governance (schema design, security, performance)
Strong hands-on Azure experience (deployments, security, networking, monitoring)
Experience integrating enterprise systems (MDM/data platforms) and managing stakeholder expectations
CI/CD expertise and delivery leadership (quality gates, automation, release strategy)
Preferred
Previous experience with Azure architecture and GraphQL development is highly desirable
Experience with Databricks and medallion-style patterns is highly valuable (bronze/silver/gold concepts)
