Recruit for production, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, and office roles
Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage requisitions
Prepare and communicate offer letters and hiring details
Coordinate onboarding, new hire documentation, and orientation in Paycom
Maintain compliance with employment laws and track recruiting metrics
Support hiring events and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication, organization, and sourcing skills
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Paycom
Manufacturing or skilled trades recruiting experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
