Responsibilities
Open and walk the floors of the office
Perform minor manual labor (e.g., cleaning, unloading dishwasher)
Sit at front desk and act as the “Face of the office”
Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate personnel
Solve routine issues and escalate when necessary
Register guests and manage visitor flow
Answer employee or client questions efficiently
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Reconcile expenses and track office-related costs
Support new hire onboarding (e.g., putting up signs, updating employee lists)
Receive and distribute mail/packages
Serve as liaison with property management (submit work orders)
Qualification
Required
Computer savvy
Strong customer service skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma
Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred
