The role involves assisting with daily job-site operations and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Completing daily tasks as directed by job superintendents and managers
Assisting with construction site preparation, including tool and equipment setup
Posting specs, plans, checklists, city plans, permit cards, and front-door signage
Loading and unloading construction materials for use on site
Assisting with job documentation and project records
Supporting scheduling, planning, and coordination of project timelines
Communicating professionally and respectfully with subcontractors and suppliers
Operating heavy and light equipment as required
Enforcing cleanliness, parking, building, and erosion-control standards
Performing specialized tasks with on-the-job training provided
Maintaining all safety standards on site
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of construction safety regulations
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in demanding environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Strong time-management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and pride in quality work
A humble, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
