Senior Business Development Manager
The BridgeWay Firm is a global company aiming to transform the healthcare and hospitality industries with exceptional services. They are seeking a motivated individual to acquire and develop new business through sales efforts, build key customer relationships, and close business deals while maintaining market awareness.
Responsibilities
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver our innovative solutions to customers
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Build and execute a US market growth strategy
Source, qualify, and close high value B2B opportunities
Open doors with senior decision makers
Structure and negotiate commercial terms and partnerships
Manage deals from first conversation through signed agreement
Provide market intelligence and feedback directly to leadership
Represent the company in strategic conversations, events, and partnerships
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
7+ years in B2B sales or business development in the US market, preferably global markets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Experience selling services, solutions, or partnerships not transactional sales
Excellent negotiation and executive-level communication skills
Strong commercial instincts and understanding margins, deal structure, and long term value
Comfortable working independently with minimal micromanagement
Experience building a market or territory
Background in healthcare and hospitality sales
Existing network in relevant industries
Experience working with international or global teams
