Senior Portfolio Management Consultant
APN Consulting, Inc. is a progressive IT staffing and services company offering innovative business solutions to improve client business outcomes. They are seeking a Senior Portfolio Management Consultant to lead Planview Portfolio implementations, integrate with third-party systems, and manage data reporting and process changes.

Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Planview Portfolios, including Greenfield implementations
Hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise One and other PPM tools
Strong understanding of Planview architecture, modules, and configuration
Experience integrating Planview Portfolios with Jira and other third-party systems
Proficient in SOAP Web Services for automation and bulk data operations
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UI Path and/or Power Automate
Experience in setting up OKRs and AgilePlace within Planview
Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Report Builder, and Power BI
Skilled in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling
Experience designing and optimizing database structures for performance and scalability
Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues and anomalies
Experience creating and maintaining documentation for: Data models and schemas, Analytical and operational reporting, Overall data management processes
Experience in process documentation and change management
Prior experience in Planview implementation is mandatory
Conceptual understanding of ETL tools or scripting (preferred)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written in English)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple time zones
Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
