Responsibilities
Lead backend and partner integrations across APIs, reporting, ads, creative, audience, and targeting and delivery to enhance attribution, performance, and scalability of the Paramount Ads Manager platform
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Solution, Sales and Marketing, and external partners to prioritize and launch initiatives that drive impact
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, design, and testing to launch, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet the needs of SMB customers
Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for internal teams and partners, ensuring timely and aligned execution
Establish a feedback loop to monitor adoption and performance metrics. Drive MVP development, testing, and iteration to continually optimize for growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years in product management or related roles
Solid comprehension of advertising performance and ecosystems
Comfortable with backend systems and technical concepts
Prior backend engineering experience is a big plus
Deep knowledge of SMB challenges
Affinity for building solutions that deliver real customer value
Proficient analytical mindset
Ability to write queries and interpret data
Innovative and execution-focused
Proven ability to bring disruptive ideas to life
Familiar with AB testing, feature flagging, and iterative development
Able to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution
Skilled at uniting diverse cross-functional teams
