Responsibilities
Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Program teams to define end-to-end test strategies in agile sprints
Mentoring junior QA engineers and contributing to framework enhancements and best practices
Daily participation in release readiness, Build validation, and production support
Work closely with release managers on every release to ensure timely and successful product delivery
Streamlining build validation and release sign-off processes
Own pre-release performance testing and ensure timely escalation of any performance regression as high-priority risks
Lead daily defect triage with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and assign newly reported issues
Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to review and validate pull requests, enabling early defect detection
Regularly coordinating with offshore QA teams to track full functional test progress, discuss new updates, and defining new test strategies
Qualification
Required
hybrid selenium framework using Java, TestNG
Integrating Automation test suites into GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines enabling continuous testing
Implementing Data-driven testing and reusable automation utilities to improve test stability and maintainability
