Client Services Receptionist

The Client Services Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional support and managing inquiries related to products and services.

Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls, providing general information, surface-level order status updates, and re-faxing documents as needed
Distributing electronically received faxes and emails to Client Services Associates by assigned territory
Assigning lab-created orders and portal registration requests to the appropriate Client Services Associates
Supporting the Client Services Manager and Supervisors with daily operational requests
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and conversational communication skills
Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Reader
Ability to know when and how to escalate issues appropriately
Professional, courteous demeanor in all interactions
Preferred
2+ years of customer service or receptionist experience (preferred)
Previous receptionist or customer service experience
Experience using Salesforce (SFDC)
Familiarity with medical, laboratory, or healthcare environments
