ICONMA is a Digital Media company seeking a Gaming Events / Operation Analyst for their Remote location. The role involves administering daily fantasy games, monitoring sporting events, and engaging with fans to ensure a seamless gaming experience.

Responsibilities
Client Sports is looking for a detail-oriented operator to join its fantasy product team and help administer daily fantasy games
This candidate should have sports knowledge across multiple sports and leagues, with a particular focus on football (NFL and college), basketball (NBA and college, men’s and women’s) and baseball (MLB)
Monitor sporting events during the live window to ensure accuracy of contest scoring
Generate contest parameters and question sets for upcoming sporting events
Collaborate with product team on contest ideation
Interact with fans and users via on-platform discussions to maintain engagement during the live window
Operate independently with strong attention to detail
Proactively monitor games, transactions and social media to flag newsworthy stories and topics to inform upcoming contest schedule
Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience in gaming contest administration or operations
Strong knowledge and passion for all major sports
Experience working with data and fluency in Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail
History of working in sports or sports-adjacent businesses at off-peak hours
Preferred
Knowledge of key sports betting concepts (betting experience not expected but understanding sportsbook offerings and oddsmaking concepts is preferred)
