Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight of all Ohio outpatient operations and regional leadership performance
Lead and develop Regional Directors of Operations and site-level operational leadership
Own operational KPIs including census growth, service utilization, access, productivity, quality, and culture
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across locations
Ensure operational compliance with Ohio regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards
Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improve performance, and remove operational barriers
Lead operational readiness for new sites, expansions, and new service lines
Build scalable infrastructure, leadership systems, and performance management frameworks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong background in outpatient behavioral health, healthcare operations, or highly regulated environments
Demonstrated success building teams, driving accountability through data, and scaling operations
8+ years of progressive healthcare or behavioral health leadership experience
5+ years leading multi-site or regional operations
Must pass all Federal and State background checks. Other background checks will be conducted for licensures and certifications according to company policy
Preferred
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Social Work, or related field preferred
