Regional Account Manager
ROVOX is a precision engineering firm dedicated to transforming the recycling industry through AI and Robotics. The Regional Account Manager will develop and manage client relationships, generate and close sales opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative recycling solutions.

Identify business opportunities
Present ROVOX's AI and robotic solutions
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support
Contribute to market research
Develop strategies to expand market presence in the assigned region
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, account management and business development, particularly in technology or industrial sectors
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop growth strategies
Experience with CRM software and proficiency in sales analytics
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
At least five years in the Waste and Recycling Industry or sales in relevant industry that works in recycling
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and recycling processes is an advantage
We're looking for individuals, in each of these areas: Oregon, Washington, Florida and California
