Qualification
Required
Experience in the mortgage industry, mortgage lending, and as a loan officer
Good understanding of underwriting principles and processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships and assist clients with their mortgage needs
Problem-solving mindset and ability to ensure compliant and efficient loan processing
Familiarity with current mortgage regulations and industry best practices
Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or eligibility to obtain licensing
Preferred
Prior experience handling equity-based loans is a plus
