Demand Hive is an agency looking for a B2B Paid Media Specialist to support B2B developer tools and technical SaaS companies. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid media programs across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified demand and measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
Develop paid media strategies tailored to B2B developer tools and technical buyer personas
Conduct keyword, audience, and intent research to uncover high-quality demand opportunities
Write and test ad copy that resonates with developers, engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers
Design and run A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and CPL
Continuously optimize budgets, bidding, targeting, and messaging across multiple client accounts
Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform pixels
Configure and optimize automated bidding strategies such as Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, and Target ROAS
Monitor search terms, audience performance, and lead quality signals
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across the full funnel (MQL → SQL → SAL → Closed Won)
Analyze campaign performance to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
Evaluate paid media impact on pipeline and revenue, not just clicks or leads
Communicate results, learnings, and next steps to internal teams (and potentially client stakeholders)

Required

2+ years of hands-on B2B paid media or demand generation experience
Proven experience managing Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads (deep expertise in at least one required)
Strong understanding of B2B funnels and lead lifecycle stages
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Prior agency experience or experience managing multiple accounts is a strong plus
Experience working with SaaS, developer tools, or technical B2B products preferred
Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience running ABM or retargeting programs
Exposure to Performance Max, Display, or YouTube Ads
Experience marketing to developers or technical audiences
Familiarity with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or client-facing dashboards
A formal degree is a plus, but we value hands-on experience and proven results more than credentials
