Plan and manage residential remodeling projects
Develop and maintain realistic project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews, ensuring proper sequencing and execution
Monitor progress against schedule and budget; proactively address issues
Act as the main operational point of contact for clients
Provide consistent project updates and manage issues without impacting profitability
Use Houzz Pro as the central project management system and help finalize its setup for PM workflows
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction
Experience managing multiple medium size projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Clear, professional communication with clients and field teams
Experience with ERP or project management software (Houzz Pro strongly preferred)
