Sales Development Representative (German-Speaking)
ContraVault AI is a GenAI-powered platform that automates the tender and RFP process. They are seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings through outreach and engage stakeholders in various industries including AEC.

Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting (German): Run high-volume outbound to DACH prospects via calling + messaging; introduce ContraVault AI and spark interest
Email & LinkedIn outreach: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequences to identify, contact, and nurture leads- primarily in German (English as needed)
Lead research & list building: Build targeted account lists across AEC, manufacturing, infrastructure, and public-sector contracting (where relevant)
Meeting setting: Book discovery calls with decision-makers; support AEs on follow-ups
Market intelligence: Track competitor positioning and prospect feedback across DACH; share insights to improve campaigns and messaging
CRM hygiene & reporting: Maintain accurate activity logging, pipeline notes, and conversion tracking in CRM; coordinate with Marketing on sequences
Qualification
Required
Native or fluent German (C1/C2) — spoken and written
Strong communication, active listening, and structured messaging
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
English proficiency to collaborate internally and support cross-market work
Preferred
Experience selling to senior stakeholders (VP/CXO)
Procurement/bids/RFP familiarity
B2B SaaS outbound experience
