Field Sales Lead
Beansprout Consulting is hiring a driven B2B field sales representative to generate and close deals with small to mid-sized businesses. The role involves identifying operational pain points, booking sales conversations, and managing leads with a commission-only compensation structure.
Responsibilities
Going business-to-business (door-to-door, walk-ins, cold outreach)
Identifying operational pain and inefficiencies
Booking and running sales conversations
Managing your own leads, follow-ups, and pipeline
Closing deals yourself or handing off closes (your choice)
Qualification
Required
B2B sales experience or strong hustle + coachability
Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling
Confident speaking with owners and decision-makers
Self-organized — you manage your own pipeline
Ethical, professional, and brand-aware
Preferred
Experience selling services or consulting
Familiarity with SMBs or operations-heavy businesses
