Responsibilities
Oversee and manage complex projects within a portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead planning and implementation of IT projects, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors
Champion change management and adoption of new processes, strategies, and tools
Develop and manage program budgets, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Drive innovation and transformation initiatives across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
15+ years of QA experience with 10+ years in management roles
Proven expertise in program management and end-to-end implementation
Strong communication skills with experience managing C-level stakeholder expectations
Ability to align strategic goals with program delivery, including automation and emerging technologies
Experience in risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Preferred
General Insurance domain expertise
Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation and innovation
Familiarity with Gen AI and Data Strategy initiatives
