Responsibilities
Manage all investor communications including quarterly updates, distribution notices, and ad-hoc inquiries
Lead fundraising efforts: pitch prospective investors, schedule meetings, prepare presentation materials, and manage pipeline
Oversee CRM system (manage contact database, track investor interactions, monitor fundraising pipeline)
Execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid advertising channels
Manage company website content and investor portal
Coordinate investor events and property tours
Prepare investor reporting materials and quarterly letters
Support deal marketing for new investment opportunities
Maintain investor satisfaction and retention rates
Drive capital raise targets for new fund offerings
Ensure timely and accurate investor communications
Build and maintain organized CRM with complete investor records
Generate qualified investor leads through marketing initiatives
Represent Ivy Capital professionally in all investor interactions
Qualification
Required
3-5 years professional experience (finance, sales, marketing, or investor relations)
Bachelor's degree required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage C-suite investors
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Digital marketing proficiency (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email campaigns)
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional presence and maturity to interface with high-net-worth individuals
Preferred
Real estate knowledge helpful but not required
