Maintain and perform repairs to buildings, grounds and equipment
Maintain continuous operation of equipment by trouble shooting and repairing
Conduct utilities and equipment tests
Record pertinent data on all equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local codes
Process administrative paperwork in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
Required to stay abreast of the latest technology as related to hospital building systems and equipment and emergency response regarding hazardous materials
Requires successful completion of medical evaluation fit test under respiratory protection program criteria
Functions as a team member
Demonstrates commitment to the quality of service
Complies with department, medical center and regional policies and procedures
Maintain regular attendance in the work place
Qualification
Required
