Responsibilities
Engaging with customers and prospective clients to provide personal and professional development product information
Supporting new business development while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
Learning and staying current on company offerings, solutions, and product updates
Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions
Staying aligned with current outreach strategies, marketing initiatives, and lead pipelines
Attending weekly Zoom calls and virtual meetings as needed to support client engagement and internal alignment
Qualification
Required
5+ years in training, sales, marketing, business development, or client engagement
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Comfort identifying prospects and engaging in thoughtful outreach
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a remote environment
Proficiency with remote productivity tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
