Responsibilities
Craft scalable OIC roadmaps, translating client challenges into high-performance integrations
Design and deploy robust connections using advanced features and diverse connectors
Champion knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
Bridge communication gaps with clarity and build trust with diverse stakeholders
Stay ahead of the curve, researching and developing cutting-edge integration solutions
Mastermind proactive troubleshooting and ensure system stability
Drive optimization and automation for optimal performance
Lead OIC projects effectively, managing tasks, resources, and timelines
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of software development experience with at least 6 years focused on OIC development and deployment
Proven experience leading and architecting complex OIC projects in varied industry domains
Master's degree (MCA, MSc, MTech, MBA) or bachelor's degree (BSc, BTech, BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Expert-level OIC development and deployment using advanced features and diverse connectors
Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cloud deployment, DevOps practices, scripting languages, and software design principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills
Superior problem-solving and analytical abilities with a passion for continuous learning
Preferred
Experience with other Oracle Middleware technologies
Experience with API design and management principles
Knowledge of cloud security best practices
One or two industry domain knowledge
