Director of Business Development (Remote)
Cyclops is seeking a Director of Business Development who will be the face of the company and build relationships in the payments industry to attract new customers. The role involves defining business development strategies, overseeing the sales cycle, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Define and lead the overall business development vision, strategy, and execution
Oversee and execute the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build a high-performing BD team by hiring, mentoring, and managing performance
Represent the company at industry events, in speaking engagements, and with key external stakeholders
Track and report on BD metrics, pipelines, and performance to the founders
Qualification
Required
Experience working for or with payment companies (networks, PSPs, acquirers, gateways, orchestrators or similar payments industry companies)
Understanding of how crypto and stablecoins are useful to a payments company
Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ready to work hard and do whatever it takes
