Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment law cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide sound legal advice
Participate in client consultations to gather information and discuss legal strategies
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with opposing parties and their counsel
Prepare and present cases in court or before administrative agencies as necessary
Stay updated on changes in employment law to ensure compliance and inform clients appropriately
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience
Must have experience in compliance, employee handbooks, employment law defence, and litigation
Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defence background
School district defence experience required
Commitment to proactive case management
